Shipping + Handling

Domestic

Shipping is determined by the weight of our products and the destination. I will issue a tracking number when each order is sent out.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping and handling, but I do try my best to get orders out the day after the order comes in. If you need it in a rush please let me know and I will do my best to expedite the order.

Local Pickup:

Local orders can be picked up at 1241 Carpenter St. Philadelphia, PA 19147 from 10am - 3:30pm. Please e-mail me at hello@projectjoystudio.com to make an appointment.

International

I am set up to ship to Canada and the UK. If you are in a different country please reach out and I will give you a rate. As a thank you for ordering from so far away with higher shipping rates, I will include some extra goodies that won’t affect the shipping cost.
